I'm posting just because I haven't for such a long time and i'm afraid you will forget to whom this blog belongs. Plus, i know you girls can't read this right now but have as much fun as you can on your school trip and i wish i could be with you there... Well, i guess no matter what, i'll be with you next year. OMG i love you guys so much. You're the best friends i could ever have, and i feel very lucky we can hung out together... You're such an inspiration and fun ppl! Miss you.
Hilary News now. First off, about Hil's song Gypsy Woman found on 'Dignity' (yeah, I have to admit that i thought it was abut Nicole Richie...But things like that happen EVEN in Hilary's family. I was shocked. Read on...):
"My sister Haylie and I wrote "Gypsy Woman" about a woman who had a relationship with my father and broke up a big part of my family. So it's very strange that someone would say that those lyrics are written about Nicole when they so obviously are not. There is no song on the record about Joel and Nicole. I don't know Nicole Richie. I've never met her before. But she seems like a nice person. There's no bad blood there. I hope that they are happy together"

In the next issue of Blender (on stands April 17), we ask pop princess Hilary Duff about her hip-hop heroes. “I like Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Eminem, Three 6 Mafia, Snoop Dogg… I would definitely do a song with a rapper,” she says. And we’d like to start the campaign to hook Hilary up with an MC right here, right now. It just so happens her seriously great new dance-pop album includes a song, “Gypsy Woman”, that rides an off-kilter, Timbaland-style disco-rap beat. It's screaming for a cameo from a hip-hop heavyweight. Of her favorites, Tupac and Biggie are too dead, Em is too angry and Three 6 are too nuts, but Snoop seems to be unabashedly open to bizarre guest appearances--no matter how it’ll affect his street cred. You guys start the e-mail campaign, we’ll work the phones--let’s make this dream duet happen.
